Crispy Carnitas

Mark and his team certainly brought it a couple of months ago with this little slice of awesome. It takes awhile to cook, but it’s very little effort! I wait until the weekends when I can take the afternoon to get the kitchen smelling great and build up the food-lust before the devouring!

This is soooo worth the wait – and pork is cheap, so you can easily double this recipe and have leftovers for many days after!
