The moral of the story:
Replace your margarine with real butter, change your skim milk to whole milk, eat the whole egg, and eat your veggies (which all taste great when you add tons of butter and some salt), and don’t be afraid to leave the fat on your meats!

Hypothyroidism is preventable/correctable by simply eating REAL food! Food can be better for you than medicine? Amazing!
