Day 11: Yoga X

Last night was much easier than last time!

I am having balance issues though (I wear ‘minimalist shoes’ when I am not barefoot, so my foot muscles are super-strong and I have balance, but not so much on thick-pile carpet in my living room AND a yoga mat) for now.

I am a bit more flexible in my legs since starting my X Stretch routine, I must say!
