Butternut Squash Hashbrowns

Think low-carb means you can’t have anything to do with your favorite go-to side dishes? Think again!

1/2 cup of butternut squash cubes has only about 7g of carbs, so they’re very okay… especially when you fry ’em up in some bacon grease or butter!

Go in moderation though. These suckers are a little high on the glycemic index chart, but if you’re eating with bacon and eggs, you’ll be fine.
